It describes doing something in a way that stimulates the spirit and excites others to feel or do something great.

You can’t have natural resources without the environment. Think of the environment as the entire library, and natural resources as the specific valuable books within the library. What began as a Canadian environment initiative, quickly evolved into a Canadian environment, public health, public safety and economic initiative.
