Our Story
In July of 2021, Terry Shannon was asked by his friend and former Bell Canada colleague, Jeffrey Foucault to help him fix something that is broken.

Fast forward to March of 2023, they successfully completed development of a new, exciting, innovative and bilingual environmental Proof of Concept smartphone application.
Welcome to ECOceipt. It is a paperless receipts and paperless receipts management smartphone application that brings hope for the environment and hope for humanity. This successful environmental application development initiative represents 67% of total ECOceipt project completion. In addition, as of April 1, 2024, ECOceipt PR Inc. remains 100% debt free.
Given ECOceipt’s 100% debt free funding contribution and 67% project completion to date, it is our sincere hope that the cost of the remaining 33% development effort can be shared and funded by a combination of environmental project grants and environmental project donations. This will allow for timely and positive completion of TRL-7 Technology Development, TRL-8 System / Subsystem Development and TRL-9 System Test, Launch and Operations to accommodate ECOceipt technology trials in 2024 and a pristine marketing / commercial launch in 2025.
Let this be the made in Canada environmental initiative that is on schedule and under budget. Our planet deserves the attention.
